Project consists of 22,800 m2 of gross floor area (excluding existing and new underground parking for 570 cars), which includes a museum space; a conference center comprising of 250-seat congress hall; lecture rooms; gallery and library; a 500-seat movie theater/lecture hall; atrium; reception areas and administrative offices.

Collaborative project with Ateliers Jean Nouvel to transform former Holesovice Brewery to a new urban center of Holesovice quarter of Prague. 80,000 m2 of existing and new buildings-commercial/live work, hotel, offices, apartments, retail, theaters, movie theaters and multifunction open air arena-plaza. Managed design and production process between US, French and Czech A&E teams.

Sheraton Sports Bar: $25 million, 20,000 sq. ft., 4-story sport-plex in Manhattan. Combination sports bar and health club. Guests can view or take part in activities including skydiving, rock climbing, and basketball. Led design team of four architects, from design sketches to complete set of construction documents.
Jiwasraya Office Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia: 32-story, 700,000 sq. ft. building. Built computer models; completed lobby, conference center, and building site design.
Fantasy Beach Resort, Hurghada, Egypt: 27-hectare unique vacation resort on Red Sea, including full range of entertainment, hotel/timeshare, retail and recreational elements, totaling 1 million sq. ft. of resort buildings. Worked on master plan, designed entertainment complex, villa reception, and staff housing.

MMA Architects, Moscow, Russia
Usadba Center: 350,000 sq. ft. office building in Moscow center, a fast-track project. Coordinated project teams through design development, construction drawings, permits, and construction site management. Led design team meetings, negotiated with city building and fire departments.
Managed office during rapid expansion. Hired architects and support staff, arranged purchase of CAD stations and reprographic equipment, organized CAD training for Russian architects, oversaw installation of computer network and communication links between Moscow, St. Petersburg, and head office in London.
